The Celebrant
Arnel is registered as a Religious Marriage Celebrant under Subdivision D of Division 1 of Part IV of the Marriage Act 1961. Under the Act, Arnel is licensed to solemnise civil marriage ceremonies and has elected to be identified as a religious marriage celebrant on the basis of his religious belief.
